Driving your ADC from a Single Supply

Question

My ADC measurement system design needs to run off just a single supply rail, but many of the ADC driver circuit examples assume a -15V/0V/+15V supply. Are there examples for single supply designs?

Circuit designers typically want to keep the design as simple as possible, and being able to run both the ADC driver and the ADC from a single rail is a common requirement.
