Can the ADuM4120/1 drive GaN/SiC devices?
The ADuM4120 and ADuM4121 both have excellent CMTI, as well as secondary UVLO voltages that are beneficial to GaN and/or SiC operation. The low propagation delays of these devices also help in the design of wide bandgap device driven systems.
