Less decoupling in gate drivers

Can I get away with less decoupling in the gate drivers?

  • It is possible to use less than the recommended 0.1 µF + 10 µF capacitance on the output supply,, however it should be noted that using smaller decoupling capacitors can lead to higher voltage droop during turn on edges.

    It is recommended that the full 10 µF decoupling is used for best performance
