ADHV4702-1 can measure up to ±107 V with ±110 V supplies. It can drive ±108V with ±110V supplies. One of the high voltage drive signal chains recommends using external bootstrapping transistors along with ADHV4702-1 with supplies up to ±250V, supporting output drive levels up to ~±240V. There is an application note describing this configuration.
