To access the software interface datasheet for the PoE PSE devices, you must complete a software request form which can be found at the following link: 
 https://form.analog.com/form_pages/softwaremodules/SRF.aspx 
 Login using your MyAnalog account information, complete your details and some commercial information and in the "Software requested" section you can complete it as below and select the PSE that you are currently working with.
