 How to connect the RJ45 Female Connector with Bob Smith Termination in the Circuit? 
 Answer 
 LTC4267-1 is a POE or Power over Ethernet Controller with Integrated Switching regulator. The Input which is an RJ45 Connector has Bob Smith Termination connected in the shielding are typically tied to the Chassis GND (or alternatively, AC Coupled) which is also the same as secondary Ground of the circuit. The primary GND (PGND/POUT) of LTC4267-1 is not to be connected into the chassis with this configuration.
