Can the LT4322 drive 100nF @ 100kHz as the datasheet notes?

Answer: 
 The LT4322 is capable of operating from up to 100kHz input signals and driving a 100nF gate capacitance, however, the LDO that generates the VDDA voltage used to power the IC is not strong enough to operate at that frequency. In that case, you need to power the VDDA from an external, low, impedance supply. 
 It is possible to implement a simple shunt regulator powered from the output which will provide sufficient power to ensure the VDDA to VIN voltage stays within the required 9-15V range. Below is an LTSpice implementation as an example.
