Although the enable pin and IN pin of MAX16029 are at normal operating voltage, the RESET output remained in the reset status (logic low). Why?

/RESET pin of MAX16029 is open-drain and requires a pull-up resistor. We have also seen in the past that connecting CRESET pin via pull-up resistor to Vcc instead of directly connecting to the pin can cause the issue.
