What is the Output Rise Time of LTM8003?

Answer:

The datasheet for the LTM8003 does not explicitly detail the rise time calculation. However, it does explain the soft-start function, which governs the ramp rate of the output voltage.

The ramp rate of the LTM8003's output voltage can be controlled via the TR/SS pin. An internal 2µA current pulls the TR/SS pin up to approximately 2.4V. Adding a capacitor to this pin allows for a soft start of the output, thereby minimizing current surges on the input supply.

During the soft-start ramp, the output voltage will proportionally follow the TR/SS pin voltage.
