How many VIAs should be placed under the exposed pad on the MAX25611?

Accepted Answer

For proper thermal dissipation, we recommend placing nine standard 10mils (0.26mm) vias under the exposed pad connected to ground. The MAX25611EVKIT can be used for reference.
