Do you have any information about the thermal conductivity Junction to Case of the MAXM17575?
On the datasheet I found only the thermal conductivity of the MAXM17575 mounted on the demo board.
Power dissipation: 750mW
Maximum ambient temperature: 65°C
Answer:
We do not have this information since we do not expect customers to add thermal pads etc on top of the case- they will need to make their own measurements in this regard.
The modules are designed to sink heat into the board and deliver the intended output current.
