It is not mandatory to use tantalum capacitors. You can use a ceramic cap (X7R) but be sure to check the value at a DC bias of 3.3V. Capacitance rolls off with increasing voltage in ceramic caps and this is due to the effects of DC Bias.
A possible ceramic option is 68uF/ 6.3V/ 20% tolerance capacitor. This will have a worst case capacitance value of about 23uF at 3.3V DC bias.
