On some packages there are some remaining lead-frame outstanding. Usually, layout should exclude those areas for signals and vias. If not possible, please be advised the lead-frame of MAX20012 (and other QFN-type of packages with exposed pad) are connected to the exposed pad, which on MAX20012 should be connected to ground.
