If the MAXM17624 module is enabled (EN high), and the Input Power (IN Pin) is removed, will there be any damage or any unexpected behavior to the Module?

No damage will occur to the MAXM17624. The EN pin has been verified to be able to be driven high when the IN is removed/low without any excessive current into the EN pin.
