As shown in the figure below, in the feedback circuit, the value of resistor R17 from pin 3 of the photocoupler to ground will affect the rise time of the output voltage; The larger the resistance, the longer the output voltage rise time. If the resistor is changed to 470 ohms, the output voltage rise time becomes approximately 3ms.
