PFO response time on ADM706

I've moved this to the Power By Linear community for support.

No other details on the PFO response time than what’s shown in Fig8 and Fig9 of the DS. Being a comparator, the actual response time will also depend on the input overdrive, which is assumed to be very high in these figures. Internally, the PFI input also has a glitch filter built in, which also contributes to portion of the overall delay.
