I did some simulation of the low dropout regulator LT3081 about the current limit. But no matter how I adjust the values and settings, the simulation values are always greater than the theoretical values.
Please give me some suggestion.

Thanks for the post and the plot. Hopefully you don't mind if I show your plot in the image below. I believe your observation is an example that shows the LTspice simulation results may not always agree with the results predicted by the typical datasheet specifications. The ILIM behavior that you see on your actual hardware may not agree with the results predicted by the typical datasheet specifications either. I show an excerpt from the LT3018 EC table below to show the ILIM Programming Ratio range that you may see on your actual hardware.
