Simulating an LTM4641 in LT-Spice; output voltage should be 5V but LT-Spice shows ~9V output after overshooting up to about 9.8V.
Using the LT-Spice model downloaded from http://www.analog.com/media/en/simulation-models/LTspice-demo-circuits/LTM4641_DC1543A.asc then modifying RSET1a, RSET1b and RSET2 to values given in the datasheet. Also increased the load resistor appropriately. Datasheet values work up until 3.3V, anything over 3.3V causes very high output voltages (higher than the LTM4641 should be able to produce.)
With RSET1A/B set to 8.2K and RSET2 set to 2.61K, the DC output voltage of the LTM4641 is 5.0V in LTspice. The RSET values are copied from the 5V to 6V adjustable converter shown in Figure 51 and also agrees with the formulas. The LTspice simulation is attached.
