This time we have produced a product using the LTC3401. However, unlike the conventional one, the error in the power supply area was very high (more than 30% of the defect rate) and most of them were fixed by replacing the LTC3401.
As a result, I checked the product and found that there was a lot of difference from the existing parts.
When we look at the back print, it looks like it was produced at a factory in Thailand and at a factory in Malaysia.
Parts used this time is the left part. We need advice from Analog device head office or experienced person on whether this is a normal product.
Otherwise, it would be very helpful if you let me know the root to confirm this.
