Pin(pad) material of LTM4605

Question

Hello, 
 I've received a question form our customer. The customer would like to know material of Pin (pad) of LTM4605. We can get attached TABLE OF MATERIAL DECLARATION in ADI WEB site. But I'm not sure which is pin material. Could you please advise me about that?

Hi AkiraO, 
 The LGA pads are gold plated, with gold thickness of 0.3 to 0.8 um (0.5um nominal). You can find this reference in the μModule Design and Manufacturing Resources page which has the link below. The document for this is also attached. Thanks.
