LTC3545 ΘJC( Junction-to-Case)

Question

Hi, 
 My customers are considering LTC3545. 
 In the data sheet, ΘJA is specified, but ΘJC is not listed. 
 How much ΘJC's are there？ 
 It is the final stage of the design, so I'd like to get an answer as soon as possible.

LTC3545 plastic QFN UD 3x3 package has theta JA of about 7.5 degC/W. 
 Packaging information can be found on the analog.com web site. The package-resources page has a lot of information including thermal data.
