On the forum, https://ez.analog.com/power/f/q-a/107410/aec-q100-standard, it's said that LTC3895 is AEC qualified, but nothing on the LTC3895 datasheet, main page, or the purchase page says anything about AEC or the corresponding AEC part number. Can anyone confirm this part is actually AEC qualified?

They hyperlink is bad but the web address is correct. When I type it in it works. You can also search in EngineeringZone for "LTC3895 AEC", and "AEC-Q100 standard" should come up under the search.

The LTC3895 is not AEC-Q100 qualified. If you need a similar part that has an automotive grade option, we recommend the LTC7810.
