Peak Buck in Buck Boost Region is not working properly

Category: Hardware
Product Number: LT8390

Hello,

I am running into an issue when testing a LT8390. I have a 50v Vin and a specified Vout of 48v. When I test it on a PSU, as I ramp up Vin, the boost portion of the chip is working by displaying 48v Vout but as soon as we hit 48v Vin, the Vout drops down to 38v. I am unsure of why this happens as the boost is working properly. Included are a screenshot schematic and an LTSpice schematic file.

Specifications

Vin: 50v

Desired Vout: 48v

Continuous current: 15A

MOSFETs rated voltage: 100v VDS

RT and switching frequency: 261k ohm, and ~175 kHz

Thank you
