Hello,

I am using an LT8292 and also a LTC7891 in a design.  The LTC7891 explicitly calls out inductor DCR current sensing as a technique to avoid use of a discrete shunt, as well as a detailed procedure for choosing the corresponding passive components.  The LT8292 doesn't mention that technique in its datasheet.  Can I use the same technique for the LT8292, or is this not recommended for a specific reason?  The inductor DCR (3.8-4.3mOhm) is much larger than the resistance of any shunt I would want to use (~1mOhm) so this would provide a larger signal for the current control.  Obviously the inductor DCR is less precise, but I don't have a sense of how to trade-off these attributes.
