Hello,
LTC3533 Spice model looks faulty.
Using the example circuit it is not able to regulate 3.3v at 1.5A
I am using LTspice (x64) 26.0.2 with all models updated.
You are correct, there seems to be a lower current limit set by the internal FETs.
I will submit a request for the LTspice team to look at this model.
Meanwhile, do you like me to recommend a similar part for your application that doesn't have this issue?

Hello Charly,
I am successfully using the LTC3533 in a previous design and I would like to reuse it.
My goal is to optimize the compensation network for the capacitance and transients in the new system.
But way it is seems risky to rely on the spice model.
We submitted a ticket to review the Current limit inside the model for now.
If you want to try before starting a new design, you can always get the eval board and test the part.
