    I am using LT8316IFE#PBF for generating 15V from 380V input.
    

    I am facing multiple failures of LT8316IFE#PBF in my circuit, I observed low impedance of 300 Ohms between Vin Pin to Gate pin.

      How many IC you have procured?
      

      Are you procured the IC from ADI authorised distributors?
      

      Are you getting low impedance at all the IC's you procured?
      

      

      Can you share (a) the external MOSFET part number and (b) scope captures (or peak values) of SW node and VGS at turn-off?
