Reaching 0V with LT3081 - Problem of Error Amplifier Circuit

Question

Hello Guys,
I wanna design PSU by LT3081 and i have some problem with integrating voltage and current control with software. i've seen this circuit posted by brightsky and works good but the problem that the diode 1N4148 gives some voltage drop that make me can not reach 0V.
Any Suggestions ?

Hi, in order to output zero volts, your opamp&rsquo;s negative power supply should be a few volts below ground, ideally around -2 or -3 volts. If it is tied to ground directly, the opamps would not be able to output zero as set voltage which is what it needs to do for LT3081s to do the same.)
