Technical Question about LTC4367

Category: Hardware
Product Number: LTC4367

Hello,

I want to use LTC4367 on my project to provide protection against under voltage. Basically, I want to disable my DC-DC converter by pulling its EN pin to ground, and I believe this can be achieved with a direct connection between fault pin of LTC4367 and EN pin of the DC-DC converter. The EN pin is internally pulled up to the VCC.

My question concerns the gate pin of the LTC4367. Since I will not switch the main power supply to the DC-DC converter, I don't need to control the MOSFETs. Should I leave the gate control pin floating? On the other hand, can you please help me with the UV resistor selection and configuration of LTC4367. As I stated, I will use only the under voltage detection feature.

Thank you
