Product Number: ADP5014
I am using two ADP5014s to power and FPGA and some external communications and memory chips, including Ethernet. The ADP5014s are creating the correct rails, but the second's power good signal never releases the internal FET to drive a high on my power sequencer network. I am only using two channels on this ADP5014, so I disabled the other channels by setting the following, according to the datasheet:
PVIN3/PVIN4 -> GND
EN3/EN4 -> GND
SW3/SW4 -> Floating
FB3/FB4 -> Floating
COMP3/COMP4 -> Floating
VSET3/VSET4 -> Floating
Channels 1 and 2 are functioning correctly otherwise.
Does the Power Good output not function if all channels are not in use? Thanks in advance for your advice.
