    In case of DC/DC converter with Vin=15V and Vout=3.3V@500mA, is it possible to replace the bottom side mosfet with a diode (leaving floating pin BG?
    

    This for space and cost reduction.

        Actually I connected the BURST_EN pin to Vcc, by analogy with the RH3845MK (which does not have the BURST function). This is in the case of future space applications.
        

        If I leave the BURST function disabled, is it not possible to replace the low MOSFET with a diode?
