Product Number: LT3845
Hello,
we're currently evaluating the use of the LT3845 (or LT3845A) for a POL for a satellite payload. Neither the datasheet nor the website for this part mention anything regarding the process being used for this part, I can only assume it's bipolar given the existence of the RH3845 version, but a proper confirmation from ADI would be great.
