I'm specially interested in the DRMOS and integrated driver with mos or gan which has a split switch-node so you have more freedom in the connections between the high- and low-side switches and how to connect them in other typologies similar to a sync buck like the series capacitor buck. Applications cover PoL and VRM for AI data center low voltage high current.
Do any of your products in the range of ex: LTC7051 DRMOS have split switch-node?
Or is the switch-node always physically connected between the high-side source to the low-side drain?
One example of a split switch-node with other specs is the EPC2106 with individual high-side source and low-side drain terminals
