Powering ADC using Buck Boost Converter

Category: Hardware
Product Number: ADP2504

Dear Team,

I am designing a wearable device which contain a 16 bit ADC (AD5941) . Initially I thought of using LDO ADM7155 . My battery is 3.7V so when I use this LDO there is a tight head room related to dropout voltage.

This make made me to use other options ,I decided to go with a buck boost converter .The selected P/N is ADP2504

May I know using ADP2504  is a good option or not for powering AD5941.

When powering AVDD and DVDD of the ADC ,I believe I can directly connect the output of AD5941 to DVDD and from DVVD I will generate the AVDD by putting a ferrite bead at the output of DVDD rail.

May I know is this a good option .

You have any suggestion for other methods or part numbers other than AD5941.

Below is the high level architecture of my system.

Regards

HARI
