Product Number: MAX8881
Looking for the junction to case, and junction to ambient values for the Max8881EUT33+T (sot-6 package).
The Reliability info document on the product page indicates several values which don't seem to make sense:
J. Single Layer Theta Jb: 115 C/W
K. Single Layer Theta Jc: 80 C/W
L Multi Layer Theta Ja: 74.6 C/W
M. Multi Layer Theta Jc 6.1 C/W
Having Theta Jc listed for single and multi layer pcbs wouldn't make sense since junction to case is not dependant on the pcb. If the single / multi layer refers to internal structure, I'm unable to make sense of it without help.
Looking for:
the sot-6 juntion to case value
the sot-6 junction to air value
