Hi,

I see that the LTC2924IGN has an absolute maximum rated operational temperature of 85°C.
I am used to other parts that do not guarantee to meet specifications over 85°C but tolerate much higher junction temperatures.

This part is quite low power.
Should I expect permanent damage if temperature goes a few degrees over 85°C?
Or is it "just" that its operation according to the specifications is not guaranteed?
