Hello! I have question if it is possible to power LTC9111 from fixed power supply without PSE? What will happen when voltage is above Von from the beginning? State machine from the datasheet's page 9 seems to prohibit such a situation - there is a path between WAKEUP and MDI_POWER1, but only when input voltage is low (Vpd < Vsig_dis - or is it an error and should be Vpd > Vsig_dis, like between CLASSIFICATION and MDI_POWER1?), but when MDI_POWER1 is reached, power_up sequence can be completed when input voltage is high enough... I wonder what at minimum should SPoE power coupler (mentioned but never fully explained in documentation of some SPE evaluation modules) consist of...
