Product Number: MAX22205
I have a issue about the thermal shutdown of Max22205. The Irms of H-Bridge is 4A rms. Currently, I measure the current is under 1A, but the temperature of body is over 100C. How can I reduce the thermal? BTW, the package is TTSOP.
