I taped out the following PCB circuit around LT8640S to output negative voltage -6.4V. The strange behavior is that every time I turn on the 24V, the output is +0.342V. If I turn off the 24V and turn on again, the circuit output good -6.4V. I did a LTSpice transient simulation on this circuit and there is no such start up mistake. Please help. Thanks.
