When bundling VOUT1,2 and Vout3,4 in parallel as in the examples in Figures 19 and 20, does SYNC12 need to be open?
Also, if SYNC12 is open, the SYNC voltage will be 2.8V or less,
but in that case, what will happen to the output phase of CLKOUT?
