Product Number: LTM8063
Hi all,
Very little current (approximately 100 mA at 15 voltage from output) is drawn from the LTM8063's output, but the integrated circuit does get hot. Within a few minutes, the integrated circuit temperature rises to 75 degrees and I could not understand why the integrated circuit is so hot. Is this normal? I shared my design paremeters. What solution do you suggest to reduce the integrated circuit temperature? Are there any errors in the design?
VIN: +28VDC
VOUT: +15VDC
LOAD CURRENT: 100mA
RT: 18.2Kohm
FB: 13.5Kohm
Ambient Temperature: 25C
