Product Number: MAX8655
In my power supply design i am using MAX8655 for converting 12V to 5V
this 5V input is given to all other supplies in my design ,So i am getting nearly 6A load on MAX8655 output i.e 5V.
Now i would like to do thermal analysis for MAX8655 but in datasheet i have not found thermal resistance from Junction to Ambient so how can i do thermal analysis...help me out ..
