does this part support sealed lead acid batteries?

Product Number: LTC2944

Does the LTC2944 support a 33 Ahr lead acid battery? What value sense resistor should be used? My highest current from the battery is 10A.

Hello DanG ,

Page 11 of the datasheet can help you well.

Your Qbat~33Ahr is not bigger than Imax*22 (i.e. 10*22 = 220Ah). So you can calculate Rsense (giving 50mV) from the page 11.

Also for prescaler M.
