LTC3203 outputting voltage when Shutdow

I wanted to add that my issue is the 1V. I don't think it should be.

What is the load? Is there any chance something can be leaking from that? Is it possible you can share the LTC3203 portion of the schematic? 

How much current can the 1V support when in shut down? If it can support some current, does the input current increase when loaded? 

What is the voltage on the mode pin?

Thats a good point about leakage current, I will look into it. And I will try to see if I can get a copy of the schematic

Sorry for the late response, we had to figure some other issues out, but I wanted to revisit this. Here is a picture of our schematic. Currently we have removed all the load from 5V_KEY, but we are still seeing a voltage.
