Following the -5v inverting application note design on page 24 of https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/lt3580.pdf
Running with 5v input and a 66ohm load, the output fails to come up.
The device does not run at 2.5MHz.
Here is a scope trace with chan 1 on L1 side of C3 and chan 2 on the L2 (D1) side of C3:
While the trace looks continuous, it is pulsing. It looks like the output does not achieve the desired level and so it shuts down for a while before trying again.
