GUI software v 3.0.0

Since previous versions of gui SW use flash that is no longer supported that has been a major inconvenience for our production where we upload configuration to PFC chip. With new version I see it is made with .NET and was successfully installed on windows 10.  This is where my excitement ended. On new version 3.0.0. program crashes just after it starts. For unknown reason when i installed an old version of the SW besides new version the program manages to start. Program seems to work normally, but i cannot manage to get connection to PFC chip using i2c host adapter. Since we use this adapter regularly with older SW on older windows without problem i don't think there is any problems with i2c probe. At this point I don't know what else to try, I installed multiple .NET runtime environments but no luck.

Some input on how to fix those issues to finally be able to normally use this IC would be appreciated.
