Hi, this is a good question. As for the enable pin it is clearly stated, that it blocks both ways. But as there is a strange symbol regarding bulk diode, all this internal circuitry will not work. I would guess that esd protection diode from Vout to Vdd will conduct, effectively powering the device. But how it behaves in this mode, remains unknown to me.
