Product Number: MAX25510
Hello,
We are using this part MAX25510 for the first time and we connected all 4 outputs in parallel to get a total of 330mA LED current but somehow we are not getting anything on the output. Our circuit is below and I am almost certain that our circuit is correct compared to the application circuit that was on the datasheet. Our PCB layout was also verified to be good. VDD30 is 12V, LED_EN is at 3.3V. We also tried using a 65ohms resistor as our load but still could not get the output (LED_A with respect to LED_K) to turn on. Is it OK to connect all 4 outputs in parallel? Can you help us figure out what we are doing wrong?
