Current Rising problem- mlcc

I haven't solved this problem cleanly yet.
I think it's a mlcc defect, and I think it can be solved by installing mlcc in parallel. I'm suspicious of the charge/discharge performance of mlcc.
If the mlcc value is 470nF, which is larger than 220nF, it is expected to be a burden on 5V.
If the 5V power being charged is used as an external Ragulator (1A level, 470uF Cap), I think it's okay to use 470nF or 220nF+220nF, but I'd like to hear your opinion.

And I wonder what kind of problem is expected when using 100nF + 100nF = 200nF in the existing circuit. As with the DC1470A design, the FET is RJK0305 X 2ea.
