Product Number: LT8650S
Hi,
I have designed a PCB that uses a LT8650S as its power supply, with an 24V input and 5V and 3V3 as it's outputs. An ESP32-C3 is connected to it. I have used this power supply before and haven't come across this issue, but as soon as I connected the PCB to a power supply, there is a short and the LT8650S does breaks. I have been using a current limiting power supply with a maximum current of 500mA. I have checked the datasheet and haven't found any obvious mistakes. These are the layout and schematics:
Are there any previous experiences of the LT8650S that might hint it is sensitive to ESD or anything similar? Or is there any obvious mistake in my schematic/layout that can be seen?
