We have a design using LTC8390A (input 12v - 55V, output 22V)...We tested with 24V running ok...However when we changing input to 48V with specific power supply...the LT8390A keep died (about 30% tested board).
We measure the INTVCC and Vsupply and notice the INTVCC suddenly pull down when apply the power.
If we use the Lab Power Supply with slower slewrate then it is ok.
I would appreciate if someone can advice what could be the problem.
